The wooden house designed by Archivi Architects & Associates, is built around two small courtyard gardens.
The Japan cedar from Kumano and the Japanese cypress are used for the main structure material, the floor material, the siding, and the lattice material.

Livraria ad Vila is this unique bookstore designed by Isay Weinfeild located in a refurbished house in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The hermetic volume with a pivoting bookshelf facade, contains an interesting space distributed over three levels. The inclusion of the basement allowed for an entire floor exclusive for children, in addition to a small auditorium, to hold courses and lectures.
